She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Perry and Virgina Perry; her sister Juanita Johnson; her former husband Dennis Mincey; and her husband John Cseh.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Kozlowski, Christina Mincey, Matthew Mincey (Kimberly) and Michael Mincey; her sibling Shirley Volante; and her grandsons, Aaron, Connor, Brendan, Dylan and Derek.
