He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol W. Bodary; his children, Maryanne Bellaire (Jim), Lydia Watson Pinney (Jay Pinney), Valerie Watson (Duane Pitcher), Alyssa Jones (Dennis), Tom Watson and Joe Watson; and his grandchildren, AJ, TJ, Kenzie, Nick, Anna, Ian, Annemarie, Katie and Elizabeth. He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren.
