He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Watts and Rose Watts; his brothers, Walter Watts and Richard Watts; and his nephew Jim Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Watts; his close friend Frank Hubbard; and his son Jacob "Jack" Watts (Melanie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Molnar Funeral Home - Southgate Chapel (14032 Northline Rd, Southgate, MI 48195). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (135 Superior Blvd, Wyandotte, MI 48192). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
