She was predeceased by: her husband John VanTubergen; and her parents, Herbert Schiller and Mary Ann Schiller. She is survived by: her children, Karen Melton (Harold), Lorry Helka (James) and Larry VanTubergen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and 6 1/2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home (2640 Monroe St, Dearborn, MI 48124).
