With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dar Babik of Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dar may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other George Shuster; her children, Kimberly Plumb (Philip) and Jason Babik (Jenny); and her siblings, Karen LaRowe and Matthew LaRowe. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
At her family's request and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Disabled American Veterans or American Diabetes Association.
