With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Cecelia Lennis (Dearborn, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda (Lennis), Pat Sarb, Rick Lennis, Nancy (Lennis), John Hawkinson, Ray (Debbie Lennis), Ron Lennis (Rachael DiMeo), Marie (Lennis), Jim Budny, Tessa (Lennis), Matt Zavadsky and Robert Lennis (Susana).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Dearborn (22546 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (22430 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia Research Fund.
