She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Simmons and Bessie Simmons; her son Richard "Butch" McCullough; her husband Robert Rush; and her siblings, Darlene, Rose, Leona, Doris and James.
She is survived by: her daughter Roberta; and her grandson Robert McCullough.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dearborn Chapel of Voran Funeral Home (23701 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Voran Funeral Home - Dearborn (23701 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:45 PM at the Michigan Memorial Park (32163 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
