He is survived by: his parents, Lee Martin Rowe and Joanne Kathryn Rowe; his daughters, Angela Figley (Kirk) and Melisa Boyd; his grandchildren, Brandon Farrugia, Emily Boyd and David Boyd; and his siblings, Leanne Lustig (John), Chris Rowe (Lisa) and Nancy Roman (Larry).
