He is survived by: his spouse Pat Benson; his children, Christin Yates (Justin) and Heather Benson; his siblings, Tim Benson, Alan Benson, Eva Hatfield, Kimberly Riddle and David Thompson; his grandchildren, Melina, Cierra, Gage, Xavier, Henry, Luke and Baby Swauger; and his great grandchild Delilah.
