She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Demps and Joan Demps; her husband Don Kemp; her daughter Donna Kidd; and her siblings, Richard Demps, Leona Rostkowski (Harry) and Denise Lagerstrom (Richard).
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Kemp (Cheryl) and David Kemp (Denise); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jon (Heather), Andrea (Josh), Matt (Anna), Kyle, Jason (Jamie), Jarrett (Lindsay) and Steven (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Mason, Colin, Jackson, Hudson, Lyla, Walter, Jaden, Owen, Claire, Edison, Elliott and Elijah; her sister-in-law Josephine Demps; and her grandson David.
The lying in state was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Church of the Divine Child (1055 Silvery Ln, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Church of Divine Child (27424 Warren Rd, Westland, MI 48185).
