She was predeceased by: her significant other Tom O'Reilly; her parents, John O'Connor and Margaret O'Connor (O'Connell); her siblings, Noreen Rosinski (Al) and Michael O'Connor (Mary); and her brother-in-law Bill Lavey.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Stacy), John (Lisa), Anne Bohl (Jeffrey), Thomas (Patricia) and William (Ashlie); her grandchildren, Claire, Owen, Madeline, Liam, Aidan, Caitlin, Colin, Finn and Connor; and her sister Caroline Lavey.
