He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Zdeb (Marilyn). He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Anthony Zdeb, Thomas Zdeb and Jennifer Bjertness (Mark); his siblings, Barbra Nelleman, Connie Boyle (Michael) and Joseph Szewczyk; his grandchildren, Christopher Brandt, Stephanie Baryshevtsev (Maxim), Madison Bjertness, Jacob Bjertness and Maya Bjertness; and his great grandchildren, Elaina Baryshevtsev and Luca Baryshevtsev.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas (31530 Beechwood Ave, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
