He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Kernen; and his brothers, Dick Kernen (late Charlene), Pat Kernen (Barb) and John Kernen (Karen). He is survived by: his father Robert Kernen; his daughters, Renee Guastella (Jon) and Lauren Kernen; his grandchildren, Jayden, Olivia, Mila and Noah; and his siblings, Tom Kernen (Patti) and Janis Redinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
