We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2018, Clara Helmer (Dearborn Heights, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willsmore and Mary Ellen Willsmore; her siblings, William Jr, Albert, Hannah, Madeline, Margaret, Herbert, Jane, George, Ivy, Doris and Ruth; and her son Scott Helmer.
She is survived by: her spouses, Manley Paris and Robert Helmer; her sister Helen Mezeros; her children, Gloria Voss (Steve) and Joseph Helmer (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Shelly Voss-Kury, Shannon Voss Westfall (Terrie), Jessica Helmer and Robert Helmer (Katie); and her children, Mackenzie, Joshua and Cassandra. She is also survived by 13 children born to her parents.
She was a Breast Cancer Survivor for many years and recently battled Breast Cancer for the second time and suffered from Alzheimer's.
