She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Calka and Lillian Calka; and her husband Frank Slawnikowski. She is survived by: her siblings, Chester Calka Jr., Christopher Calka (Diane), Kathleen Calka and Jan Calka (Donna). She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
