He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pickerell and Nova Jean Pickerell (Jones); his children, Allen Babcock and Tina Babcock; his siblings, April Pickerell and Rick Babcock; and his parents-in-law, Delmar and Illa Rutherford.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Babcock; his children, Tommy Jr. Babcock (Alaina) of Burleson, TX, Alishia Cornell (Bill) of Davison and Jeffery Babcock (Michelle) of Lapeer; his grandchildren, Brendan, Bryson, Cayden, Chloe and Lacey; and his siblings, Marla Babcock (Rick), Cory Babcock, Lori Lee (Joe), Lee Ann Pickerell and Johnny Pickerell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved extended family.
