He was predeceased by: his parents, William Langdon and Lula Langdon (Sewell); his wife Marilyn Parkinson; and his daughter Roberta Langdon. He is survived by: his children, Mick Langdon (Julie) of Mount Morris and Dawn Morgan (Chris) of Davison; his grandchildren, Bryan Langdon, Bethany Langdon and Reverend Monica Wardell (Andy); and his great grandchildren, Evan Thorn, McKenzie Thorn, Austin Langdon, Logan Langdon, Lacey Lane, Jackson Lane, Natalie Lane, Nolan Lane, Christophe Wardell and Joseph Wardell.
On August 29, 1947 he married Marilyn Parkinson in Owosso.
