She was predeceased by: her parent Roberta Thomas; and her stepson Aaron Midtgard. She is survived by: her pet Junie; her husband Steve Midtgard; her daughter Ashley VanLeeuwen; her grandson Dominic; her stepdaughter Jessica Bradley (Kevin); her stepgrandchildren, Drew and Danica; her stepdaughter Jamey Pitts (Frank McGowan); and her stepgrandchildren, Zain, Avenell, Karlie and Hunter. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
