It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth D. Bratton of Davison, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth D. Bratton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Brunsden and Nettie Brunsden (Watson); her husband Cletis Bratton; her grandson Derek; and her daughter-in-law Char.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Kim), Ken (Maria), Rob (Christy) and Tim (Grace); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Melissa, Andrew, Kate, Caleigh, Samantha, Sarah, Elise, Grace, Oscar, Elena and Karianne; her great grandchildren, Ally, Jayden, Kameron, James, Jordyn, Thea, Riley, Cayden and Cove; her sister Mary Jane Kinkle; and her sister-in-law Margaret Kinkle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics (https://support.specialolympics.org) or Humane Society of Genesee County.
