She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Daniel and Bethany Daniel (Wheater); her husband Harold "Bud" Shafer; and her siblings, Dale Daniel and Carole Dipzinski.
She is survived by: her stepfather Ervin Raetz; her children, Wayne Shafer (Gretchen), Shari Ferrante (Dennis) and Tracy Shafer (Bobbie); her grandchildren, Andrew Shafer (Chealse), Jeffery Ferrante (Caitlan), Casey Dieck (Justin), Aaron Shafer (Sara Howarth) and Emily Ferrante; her great grandchildren, Michael Shafer, Mason Shafer, Lakeland Dieck and Sophia McMaster; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Smith and Linda Gibbons-Shafer. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
