He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Cottrell and Margaret Cottrell (Smith); and his sister Doris Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Cottrell; his sons, Jonathan Cottrell (Linda) and David Cottrell (Carla); his grandson Cameron Cottrell; and his sister Norma Janis (Larry). He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
