With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Banister of Davison, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 15, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holbrook and Betty Jane Banister (Pray); his siblings, Janet, Marie, Bob and Mike; and his niece Kellie Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Erdman; his children, Barbara Haus (Robert) and Roy Banister (Tonya); his grandchildren, Rachel (Devon), Joshua (Kayleen), Marcia (Chris), Kalee Ann, Alexa and Mallory; his great grandchildren, Camden, Gloria, Cash and Kinsley; his siblings, Bonnie (Jerry), Nancy (Pat) and Chuck (Wendy); his niece Susan; and his nephew Mark Hall. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church or to Compassus Hospice.
