He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Wilcox and Elnita Wilcox (Archambault); his daughter-in-law Stacey Wilcox; and his siblings, Demerise Boggs, Delores Wilcox and Roy Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Wilcox (Earlene); his children, Ray Wilcox Jr., Roy Wilcox (Dawn), Diana Stephens (Scott) and Michael Wilcox; and his siblings, Lyle Charles, Mary Van Kuren and Theresa Richards (Roger). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and good friends.
