He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Joyce Miller (Forsgren). He is survived by: his wife Diana Miller; his sons, Adam Miller (Carly) and Brandon Miller (Sarah); his grandchildren, Barrett, Aspen, Haven Miller, Chase Flood, Skyler and Taylor Miller; and his brothers, Jim Miller (Rennell), Mark Miller and Dan Miller (Peg). He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
