She was predeceased by: her parents, Void Saxton and Hattie Saxton (Starr); her husband Leon Hammel; and her sons, Kevin Hammel and William Hammel.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Melenbrink (Edward), Earl Hammel (Linda), Art Hammel, Leroy Hammel, Verneta Hammel, Dale Hammel, Karen Chadwick and Shirley Hammel. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other loving family members and friends.
