The memory of Mitchell John Olejniczak Jr. of Davison, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Olejniczak and Betty Olejniczak (Moore); and his siblings, Rosalie Young, Mike Olejniczak and Barbara Arcilesi.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Olejniczak (Metar); his children, Becki Kuligowski (Matt), Kate Gagne (Jason) and Joseph Olejniczak (Missy); his stepchildren, Amy Quinn and Scott Quinn (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Adelynn, Norah, Kennedy, Reese, Malia, Collynns, Ethan, Zak, Carson and Brock; and his siblings, Carmen Hawk and Jim Olejniczak.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Davison Knights of Columbus. The military honors will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (404 Dayton St, Davison, MI 48423). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA (https://www.aspca.org) or St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Choir Fund, in Mitch's memory.
