He is survived by: his wife Diane Kosik; his daughters, Kelly Laliberte and Melissa Hintz; his grandsons, Jonathon (Rebecca), Matthew and Bradley; his great grandchild Lukas; his sisters, Nancy Rebhan, Suzanne SanCraint and Marianne Griggs; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria McMunigal (Robert) and Elaine Catanzarite (James).
