He is survived by: his sons, Shane Fogarty and Joshua Halberstadt; his siblings, Rick Fogarty (Sharon), Nancy Corace-Skoken (Mike), Peggy Fogarty and Kevin Fogarty; his sister-in-law Mary Fogarty; and his grandchildren, Trishgin, Rebecca and Kourtine. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews and aunts & uncles.
