He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Bart Petriken and Janice Petriken; his grandchildren, Selena Petriken, Rhiannon Petriken, Trevor Candy, Aiden Petriken, Gavin, Elliott, Caiden, Emmery and Preston Abraham; his great grandchildren, Ashton Pecoraro and Hazel Candy; his siblings, Sharon Kalis (George), David Petriken (Betty) and Rick Petriken (Linda); and his sister-in-law Linda Fairchild (David). He is also survived by friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
