He was predeceased by: his parents, Kingsley Bell and Frances Bell (Bourdon); his friend Monica Moore; and his pet Liberty. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Bell; his children, Michael and Donaven Bell (Jeanine); his grandson Blake Bell; his children, Courtney Moore (Trevor Kubitskey) and Justin Moore (Callahan); his sister Kathleen Rapacz (Ed); and his friends, James Moore (Vicki DeKruger) and Lisa Collins. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans or a charity of one's choice, in Mike's memory.
