He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Inscho and Frances Inscho (Lemon); his wife Velma Summers Inscho; his son Louis Joseph Inscho, Jr.; and his sisters, Ruth Schmidt (Herb), Florence Wilkinson (Conover) and Joanne.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Neil (Larry) of Michigan, Barbara O'Steen (Robert) of Maryland, Gina Garceau (Keith) of South Carolina and Ronald Inscho of California; his siblings, Floyd Inscho (Janet) of Kentucky and Janet Woolworth (Allan) of Michigan; and his daughter-in-law Gale Inscho of Michigan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
