He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Franklin Sr. and Anna Fenner; and his siblings, Margaret Caverly (Roger), Sonja Smith (Tim), Sandy Sara (Jim) and Larry Fenner (Michele). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
