She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Slivon and Marie Slivon. She is survived by: her husband David Charles Ballentine; and her children, Vicki Hyatt of Baltimore, MD and Scott D. Ballentine (Susan) of Carrollton, GA. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
