He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Russell and Maxine Russell (Jones); and his sister Sue Tucker. He is survived by: his friend J's Supreme Donuts; his close friend Denny Isaac; his children, Heather Burnash and Judson Russell; his grandchildren, Sydney Burnash, Olivia Burnash, Joseph Russell and Ally Russell; his sister Kathy Reed; and also, Dave Condon, Gary Drago, Ron Fraim, John Peterson, Cathy Gentry, Steve Barret and Lyle Hippensteel.
Bud enjoyed visiting with his friends at B & J's Supreme Donuts, until COVID made that impossible.
