He is survived by: his wife Meriann Uptegraff; his children, Jill Sanburn (Mark), Jason Hazel (Dana Evener) and John Hazel (Sarah Jajey); his stepchildren, Sarah Thompson (Tommy) and Jonathan Uptegraff (Brie); his grandchildren, Jordan Pickerell (Brittany Meador), Keith Trogan (Jenna), Kriston Brown (Elishah) and Oliva Hazel; his stepgrandchildren, Julian, Millie Uptegraff, Lucca Thompson, Joseph, Adam and Luke Hippensteel; his brother Joseph Hazel; his half-siblings, Dawn Pugh and Chuck Robinson; and his sister Mary Cottrell. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and siblings.
