She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Malec and Rose Malec; and her brothers, Richard and Robert Kostelic. She is survived by: her husband Roger Hammitt; her daughters, Melissa Wirt (Dave) and Tonya Curtis (Dave); her grandchildren, Brandon Hammitt (Ashley), Savannah Triplett (Nick) and Asher Curtis; and her great grandchild Onalee Triplett. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
