He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Baliko and Marie Baliko (Hughes); his parents-in-law, Bill and Dorothy Lucas; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Lucas and Bill Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Baliko; his sons, Brian Baliko (Jennifer) and Keith Baliko (Kristin); his grandchildren, Victoria "Tori" Baliko (Adam), Blake Baliko (Aubree) and Madisen Baliko; his sisters, Mary Wood (David), Barbara Wood (Joe) and Susan Pichey (Bob); his brother-in-law John Lucas (Frank); and his close friend Denny Racine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in Jim's memory.
