He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carter and Ruth Carter; and his siblings, Dick Carter (Maxine) and Phyllis Mair (Alec). He is survived by: his wife Rita Carter; his children, Nancy Yeager (Dane) and Mike Carter (Karen); his granddaughter Haley Yeager; and his sister Mary "Char" Banacki (Walt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
