He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Bellor and Margaret Bellor (Lomason); and his brother Gene Bellor. He is survived by: his wife Norma Bellor; his children, Keith Bellor, Linda Pearce (Jim), Dustie Simpkins, Kent Markham and Dawn Maschino (David); his siblings, Joseph Bellor (Mary Anne) and Julia Bellor (Farmer); and his sister-in-law Delores Bellor. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, in Jack's memory.
