He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathy Kleinstiver; his siblings, Paul Kleinstiver, Joy and Beverly; and his parents, Clarence Kleinstiver and Belleva Kleinstiver of Davison, MI..

He is survived by: his wife Sadie; and his children, James Flores, Allen Kleinstiver (Doris), Ralph Kleinstiver (Edith) and Wanda Harrison (Henry). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
