She is survived by: her father George Montin; her sons, Donald Smith (Melinda) and Steven Smith (Ashley); her granddaughters, Leighton, Piper, Quincey and Ava; her siblings, Darlene, Janice, Susan, Shirley, Trudy and Annette; and her son Keith Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and dear friends.
