He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lang and Bernice Lang (Leautorno); his daughter Sharon Ann; his granddaughter Amy; and his sister Martha Lahring.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Lang; his children, Robert Lang (Annie), Keith Lang (Sandra), Paul Lang (Mary), Janis Lang, Linda Strine (Karl), Susan Wright (Greg) and James Lang (Jennifer); and his sister Mildred Johnson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
