He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Elliott and Dorothy Elliott (Serles); his wife Connie Podvin; and his siblings, Dale Elliott and Wendy Loose.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sonja Armstrong (Andrew), Crystal Thrasher (Robert), Tiffany Fox (Jason) and Desiree Elliott (Amos Drew); his grandchildren, Jayceleen, Aiden, Remi, Graham, Drew and Olivia; his siblings, Gary Elliott (Sue), Wayne Elliott (Barb) and Claudia Heard (Ron); and his parents-in-law, Dyran Podvin (Joyce), Blaze Podvin and Virginia Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
