He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin "Mart" Roy and Jane Marie Madden (Drake); and his sister-in-law Debbie Madden. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Lynn; his wife Patty Madden; his son Daniel Madden; his siblings, Lorraine Provost (Dennis), Marty Madden (Karla), David Madden and Nancy Madden; and his nieces and nephews, Rychelle, Alysia, Philip, Janel, Leslie, Allen and Alex. He is also survived by other loving family members and special friends.
