The memory of Donald Geiger of Davison, Michigan, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Geiger and Elizabeth Geiger (Volmering); his wife Margaret "Maggie" Scanlon; and his brother Herb. He is survived by: his children, Doug Geiger (Bridget), Michael Geiger, Lori Burgess (Roger), Mark Geiger (Sandy), Cheryl Beckley (Brian), Chris Larner (Angela) and Teresa Leming (Dan); his grandchildren, Kyle Geiger (Allyssa), Mackenzie Geiger, Ethan Geiger, Tyler Gavarinski, Delaney Geiger, Rebecca Geiger-Younger (Ronnie), Taylor VanKeuren (T. J.), Quintin Burgess, Jonathan Geiger, David Geiger, Thomas Geiger Samantha Beckley, Cassandra Odden (Rex), Lindsey Beckley, Jeffrey Larner, Casey Larner, Emma Larner, Lauren Leming, Sidney Leming and Sophia Leming; and his siblings, Gerald Geiger (Shirley), Richard Geiger (Norma), Jean Geiger, Kenneth Geiger (Carolyn), Ruth Ann Kucharczyk (Joseph), Cornelius Geiger (Carolyn) and David Geiger (Hazel). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (404 Dayton St, Davison, MI 48423).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Christian Service.
