He is survived by: his children, Heide Bolanowski (Edward), David Jr. (Helen) and Melissa Montague; his grandchildren, Heather, Brandt, Niesha, Isiah and Rosalie; his great grandchild Lydia; his sister Janice Hewitt; and his sister-in-law Deborah Walsh (John).
