He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fulcher and Susan Fulcher (Western). He is survived by: his wife Jeane Fulcher; his children, Graham David Fulcher and Abigail "Abbey" Katherine Fulcher; his sisters, Elizabeth Fulcher and Stacy McIntosh (David); his niece Sophie Sternbergh; and his nephew George Sternbergh. He is also survived by other loving family members and very special friends.
