He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Beers and Eleanore Beers (Reinke); his spouse Shirley Cuthbert; his sister Karen Beers; his stepson Charles Panter, Jr.; his great-niece Juliana Beers; and his cousins, Leroy Miller and Tom Reinke.
He is survived by: his brother Ross Beers (Linda); his niece Karen Beers-Andrusiak (Paul); his nephews, Ryan Beers (Elise), Rob Milroy and Ron Milroy; his great-nephews, Adam and Jacob Beers; his great-niece Arianna; his cousins, Janet, Paula and Tonya; and his close friends, Dawn Johnson, Gary Nelson, Gearhart, Kathy Kohen, Dale, Ruth Fitch, Bill Amis and Cecil Christo. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
