He was predeceased by: his parents, Vergel Veit and Clara Veit (Brenner). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, David Veit (Becky) and Amy Veit; and his grandchildren, Nathan and Ryan Veit. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the American Legion Post #267 (10309 N Davison St, Davison, MI 48423). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Lutheran Church (5073 Daly Blvd, Flint, MI 48506).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church, Quality Living Systems (http://www.qlscares.org), or the American Legion Post # 267 – Honor Guard Unit.
