He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Thompson (Bill) of Bay City, Brigette Edinborough (Joshua) and Kylie Garity (Cody) of Johnson Creek, WI; his grandchildren, Amil, Aden, Delilah, Sofia, Mathew and James; his siblings, Jill Purcell (Donald "Buzz") of Swartz Creek, Steven Burgess (Peggy) of Blairsville, GA, Tim Burgess of Genesee, MI and Mitchell Burgess (Amy) of Genesee, MI; his uncle Merritt "Dan" Potter (Alice) of Chattanooga, TN; and his aunts, Gloria "Gee" Wilson (Melvin) and Leona Greene (Burgess).
